This production line is suitable for processing dates (palm dates, red dates) and hawthorn fruits, and can produce a variety of products, including dried fruits, dried fresh fruits, fruit powder, juice, concentrated juice, and others. The production line primarily comprises a bubbling cleaning machine, an elevator, a fruit inspection machine, a grader, a draining and air drying machine, a dryer, a pitting machine, a crusher, an extraction tank, a separator, a sterilizer, and a filling machine. The production line boasts an advanced design concept and a high degree of automation. Moreover, all major equipment is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, fully adhering to the stringent hygiene requirements of food processing.

System Features

The processing capacity ranges from 3 tons/day to 500 tons/day.

It can process fruits with similar characteristics, such as dates, red dates, hawthorn, etc.

After cleaning, drying and grading, it can be processed into dried fruits in plastic bags, and after crushing and screening, it can be processed into dry powder in stand-up bags.

Juice and concentrated juice can be made through extraction, de-nucleation and pulping, enzymolysis, separation, concentration and sterilization.

The entire production process is controlled by PLC, and all electrical components are imported products, which saves labor and greatly reduces the difficulty of operation technology.

Low-temperature vacuum concentration ensures flavor substances and nutrients and greatly saves energy.

Tube sterilization and aseptic filling ensure the sterility of the product.

Comes with automatic cleaning system.

The material contact parts of the system are all made of 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety.
