The vibrating solid food filler is suitable for filling solid products such as fruit chunks, beans, corn, meat pieces, shredded vegetables, pickled vegetables, dumplings, etc., into hard or soft containers like metal cans, plastic cups, and glass jars.
During the machine's operating cycle, a speed-adjustable conveyor belt delivers the containers to the filling screw at a specific speed to supply the containers. The filling screw is synchronized with the bottle feeding star wheel, which transports the containers to the filling carousel. Products in the upper storage hopper are guided through a series of baffles to the telescopic tube. The size of the telescopic tube determines the filling capacity.
The machine is equipped with a "No Container - No Filling" device, allowing filling only when a container is present. During the filling process, a set of pneumatic vibrating devices assist with product discharge and positioning inside the container. For products that require compaction, a compaction mechanism can be added. Once the filling process is complete, the container exits the filling head and is transported by the conveyor belt to the next step.
