The storage tanks manufactured by our company feature a reasonable diameter-to-height ratio, an aesthetically pleasing overall structure, and automatic control for liquid inlets and outlets. The inner surface can be mirror-polished to Ra ≤ 0.4μm, while the outer surface can be treated with matte, brushed, or acid-washed passivation. The tank can be installed in either a vertical or horizontal position, and external insulation is optional. The insulation thickness is typically 50mm, and materials such as polyurethane, aluminum silicate fiber, or perlite wool can be used. The external insulation shell is made of stainless steel sheets.
The tank is equipped with process connections, including an inlet, breather valve, cleaning port, liquid level gauge port (can be mounted on the side), discharge port, and manhole/handhole.
Tank capacities range from 50L to 200KL.
