The Side-load Fully Automatic Case Packer consists of the following main components:
Product conveyor module
Material sorting module
Case opening module
Case packing module
Case sealing module
Small boxes or medium-sized packages enter the feeding system. The case packing machine arranges and stacks these products in the stacking system according to user specifications (e.g., how many small boxes or medium packages per carton, their arrangement, and layer * column). After stacking, the product group is stably transferred into the carton. Once the products inside the carton are verified to meet the user's specifications, the carton is sent to the sealing unit for tape sealing. The finished carton is then discharged, forming stable packaging.
This machine is suitable for carton packaging of small boxes or medium-sized packages. It plays a protective role (moisture-proof, dust-proof, surface protection) and facilitates logistics and transportation. It is mainly applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals and daily chemicals.
