The fully automatic bottle unstacking system is designed for empty glass bottles. The working principle is as follows: First, the empty bottle palletizer automatically docks with the lift, and the chain drive conveyor transports the pallet to the temporary unstacking position. The full pallet conveyor then moves the entire stack to the unstacking station. At the unstacking station, the robot system automatically grabs and places the top plate, separator, and empty bottles. The top plate and separator are placed in a designated position with an empty pallet waiting for placement. The robot then automatically collects the top plate, placing it into the top plate storage, and moves the empty bottles to the empty bottle conveyor line. The automatic separator suction mechanism simultaneously removes the separator and places it into the separator storage. This process is repeated until the entire stack of bottles is unloaded. Finally, the empty pallets are automatically transported to the pallet stacker. Once the pallets reach the designated quantity, they are conveyed via a chain to the packaging material recycling lift for reprocessing.
