Structural Features
The body frame is welded from Q235 steel plates and profiles, ensuring the strength and rigidity of the chassis. After welding, the entire body undergoes surface treatment to ensure aesthetic quality. Three-dimensional design software is used for motion simulation and analysis, ensuring safety, reliability, and meeting load handling requirements.
The fork device consists of the forks, lift cylinders, lift chains, and mast. The fork device is purchased from specialized manufacturers according to load and lifting height requirements and equipped with additional sensors to ensure safe and reliable AGV operation.
The laser navigation mode eliminates the need for ground construction, providing fast operation speed and high transport efficiency. The industrial computer with WiFi terminal enables real-time monitoring and reporting of the current status and position.
Drive System
▪ Single Steering Wheel Drive: Uses the METALROTA steering drive wheel from Italy, a well-known industry brand installed on over a thousand AGV units.
The drive wheel is equipped with a travel motor and steering motor to meet the needs of forward, reverse, turning, and spinning operations.
The travel motor and steering motor controllers are from the widely recognized CURTIS brand (travel motor and controller, as well as steering motor and controller from KDS, CURTIS, DUNKERMOTOREN, MAXON).
Power Supply: The DC battery is converted into AC power to supply both the travel and steering motors. The AC power system is highly efficient, requires no motor maintenance, and reduces maintenance costs such as carbon brush replacement, greatly enhancing reliability and lifespan.
Safety System
Non-Contact Protection: Includes a safety laser scanner and photoelectric switch. The safety scanner is installed at the front of the AGV, with safety zones defined for deceleration and emergency stop. If an obstacle enters the deceleration zone, the AGV slows down; if it enters the emergency stop zone, the AGV stops. The photoelectric switch is installed at the rear of the forks, and if an obstacle approaches the switch from behind, the AGV stops.
Contact Protection: Flexible anti-collision bumpers that stop the AGV when touched.
Emergency Stop Switch: When pressed, the AGV stops immediately.
