The TW-YC20 yogurt cooler adopts shell-and-tube heat exchange cooling. The design structure includes a pre-cooling section and an ice cooling section. The equipment has a compact structure and the peripherals only need to be connected to ice water, tap water and electricity. The cooling temperature is precisely controlled.
▪ Provide stable and repeatable experimental data for the development of stirred yogurt;
▪ Cool the yogurt to the required filling temperature through a two-stage cooling system, and complete the demulsification and cooling processes at the same time;
▪ Give the product different shear forces by adjusting the yogurt smooth valve;
▪ Test the effects and recovery of different filling temperatures and different shear forces on yogurt texture and viscosity;
▪ Suitable for repeated comparisons of stirred yogurt, Greek yogurt and dairy desserts.
