The main components of the TW-DR25 Deodorizer include a 25L treatment tank, high vacuum pump, control console, discharge pump, and enhancement filter, all mounted within the main frame. The electric heater has a power output of 4.5kw and can heat oil up to 250℃. The treatment tank features a special steam injection pipe, which plays a crucial role in the oil-gas mixture process. The processing temperature is set online via software, with temperature variations recorded in real-time.
Once processing is complete, a coiled pipe immersed in the oil provides cooling. The multi-stage vacuum system can reduce the pressure in the treatment tank to below 5mm Hg (ABS). Vacuum components include a steam ejector, condenser, and liquid ring vacuum pump. The control system uses a pressure transmitter to sense the tank pressure, displaying it on a digital monitor when it drops below 1 Torr. Evaporated fatty acids and other compounds condense in the spray condenser and are discharged along with the sealing water of the liquid ring vacuum pump.
After deodorization, the oil is directed into the "enhancement filter" to remove residual impurities. All parts that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel.
