This is a new type of air-drying system that uses a spider-hand air knife, allowing for multiple angles and no blind spots. It can be positioned close to the drying equipment to maintain the wind shear effect. This innovative air knife drying system uses a high-speed centrifugal fan as the air source. The centrifugal fan operates at high speed, with an outlet wind speed of up to 250 meters per second. The high-speed rotation of the fan blades generates 40-50°C hot air, and the large volume of high-speed air passes through the ducts to the main splitter, which distributes the air to the high-speed nozzles at the bottom and sides of the system. Because of its spider-like shape, it is also known as the "spider-hand air knife." The main body of the spider-hand air knife is welded from SUS304 stainless steel tubes, while the nozzles are made from polyoxymethylene (POM), which can be used in a temperature range of -50 to 110°C without aging or deformation. The air knife hose is made from high-temperature silicone rubber, and the entire system operates with a noise level of under 80 decibels.
