Fully Automatic Bottle Unstacking Machine

The fully automatic bottle unstacking machine is designed for empty glass bottles.
Working Principle:First, a forklift manually moves the full pallet of empty bottles to the temporary storage area. The full pallet conveyor then transports the entire stack to the unstacking station. The lift platform automatically descends to the top layer of the product. The automatic top plate collection mechanism grabs the top plate and moves it to the top plate storage position. The paperboard clamping mechanism automatically tightens the separator, and the bottle clamp group securely holds the entire layer of bottles and moves it to the transition platform. The lift platform moves to the same height as the empty bottle conveyor line, and the bottle clamp group places the product onto the empty bottle conveyor line. The automatic separator removal mechanism simultaneously removes the separator and places it into the separator storage. This process is repeated until the entire stack of bottles is unloaded. The conveyor line then transports the empty pallet to the collection station.

PLC Control: Equipped with detection components for real-time monitoring, ensuring normal operation and automatic fault protection.
