The small and medium-sized pilot production line for tea beverages has an output of 20L/H---500L/H, and can produce tea juice, concentrated tea juice, tea powder and other products.

For tea juice products, the production line system includes extraction, filtration, blending, sterilization, filling, bottle sterilization, tunnel cooling, inspection, labeling, and final product packaging. For concentrated tea juice and tea powder products, membrane concentration, powder spraying and other production processes are added in the middle.

Extraction system: Use water to extract the effective ingredients in tea, including tea polyphenols, caffeine, etc., add water in a quantitative manner, accurately control the extraction temperature, and quickly cool the material. These process steps are crucial to the flavor of tea beverages.
