Technical Features

▪Multi -Purpose:

The system completely simulates industrial production and reproduces the industrial production line. It can be used for teaching and demonstrating the entire production process, as well as for research on process formulas, flavor identification, application of additives and sample preparation.

▪System Integrity:

For products such as clear juice, cloudy juice, concentrated juice and jam, the production line system is complete from cleaning, lifting, fruit inspection, crushing, juicing, preheating and enzyme inactivation, enzymatic hydrolysis, filtration, concentration, blending, degassing, homogenization, sterilization, filling to final product packaging.

▪Independence of Key Equipment:

Taking into account the research of technology, some equipment can be integrated into the system or used independently without auxiliary facilities. And the energy supply is as independent as possible to save energy.

▪Low Capacity Design:

The minimum is 20L/H, which saves the one-time investment of raw materials and facilitates the preparation of materials during the test process. It is especially suitable for university customer groups and corporate R&D departments to conduct product process research, and can also be used for long-term batch production.
