This project is a high-tech industrial initiative centered around synthetic biology, integrating various production workshops for fermentation, extraction, drying, and powder blending. The fermentation workshop utilizes multi-stage microbial scale-up cultivation, where precise control of process conditions ensures the execution of synthetic chemical reactions. These reactions, facilitated by microbial metabolism, yield the desired active components. Upon completion of the fermentation process, the fermentation broth is transferred to the extraction workshop for purification, ensuring the purity and efficacy of the produced substances.Depending on the product's intended use, the liquid materials can undergo sterilization and be filled and packaged into barrels as finished products. Alternatively, these liquid materials can be directed to the drying and blending workshop, where they undergo drying, granulation, coating, blending, and packaging processes. This results in the production of solid products that meet established standards.
