She is the blooming flowers, the colorful forests, the snowy fields – "She is the wild dream, she is the mountain wind," she is Altay, in the far north of Xinjiang. Recently, as the TV drama "My Altay" aired on CCTV, the vast prairie scenery and simple folk customs sparked people's longing for the "poetry and distance." As a company with over two decades of deep expertise in food biotechnology and intelligent factory solutions, Triowin has also left its mark in Xinjiang. Let's set off together and explore the vast beauty of Xinjiang, experiencing the Triowin food intelligence behind this "ideal land on earth."
Xinjiang is China's golden region for tomato processing, accounting for 80% of the nation's production. Tomato paste, in turn, makes up 70% of China's exports, playing a crucial role in global trade. With the official establishment of the Xinjiang Free Trade Zone, this land has become a key hub for inland development, providing vast opportunities for the "red industry."
Recently, multiple tomato paste production lines, contracted, designed, built, and assembled by Triowin Intelligent Machinery, completed manufacturing and testing at the Jinshan factory in Shanghai.
By May 31, the project equipment was successfully shipped and will soon be assembled on-site at the client's location.
The installation and commissioning are expected to be completed by July 15, at which point production will begin.
This batch of tomato paste production lines incorporates:
These industry-leading technologies contribute to a total output of 7,000 tons per day.
All core equipment related to the tomato paste production lines is independently produced by Triowin Intelligent Machinery. Given the seasonal nature of the tomato paste industry, with peak production occurring around July each year, Triowin Intelligent carefully coordinated personnel, facilities, and equipment after the Lunar New Year to ensure that multiple projects were carried out simultaneously. Production, assembly, and testing were conducted day and night, rain or shine, resulting in the completion and shipment of all production line equipment by May 31.
Shipping the equipment out of the factory is just the first phase of the project; there is still a significant amount of installation and commissioning work to be done on-site. Triowin's team will undoubtedly overcome all challenges to ensure the smooth operation and production of each line, exceeding production targets.
All equipment will arrive early, forming a vast system that will help Xinjiang clients achieve critical milestones and establish Xinjiang's "new productive forces."
For Triowin, the success of a project is not the end but rather a new beginning. We will draw on the strength of progress, continuously pursue excellence, and remain committed to being a leader in food biotechnology and intelligent factory solutions.
