On August 15, the "6th International Symposium of Food Science and Human Wellness" was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui, hosted by Beijing Academy of Food Sciences and China Food Magazine, and co-hosted by Hefei University of Technology, Anhui Food Industry Association, Anhui University, Hefei University, Hefei Normal University, Beijing Technology and Business University, Clinical Nutrition Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui Grain Engineering Vocational College, West Anhui University, Chuzhou University, and Bengbu University.
