Capers are machines designed for vacuum steam sealing of glass jars and bottles with twist-off caps. The capping machine has a structure built entirely in AISI 304 and consists of a pick-up group and a closing group. The first group isolates individual caps, taking them one by one and injecting steam into the space between the jar and the cap.
