Triowin, in collaboration with Xinjiang Zhongke Sea Buckthorn, has successfully established a comprehensive sea buckthorn deep processing turnkey project in Akqi County, Aksu, Xinjiang. This project boasts a production capacity of 5 tons per hour and offers a diverse range of products, including sea buckthorn beverages, purees, whole fruit powder, fruit oil, and seed oil. 

After the sea buckthorn fruit is harvested, it undergoes a series of processes including sorting, cleaning, and rapid freezing before being stored in cold storage. During processing, the frozen fruit is thawed in a water bath and then pretreated in the workshop. This pretreatment phase includes meticulous sorting, removal of impurities, cleaning, and pulping. Subsequently, advanced centrifugal technologies, specifically a decanter centrifuge and a disc centrifuge, are employed to separate the juice and fruit oil. The juice then undergoes online homogenization and vacuum degassing before entering the sterilization phase.

The final stages include a comprehensive series of operations such as filling, spray sterilization, labeling, coding, and packaging, resulting in a variety of final product forms. The entire production process is rigorously executed in a dust-free environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as cold pulping, cell wall disruption, vacuum degassing, and low-temperature sterilization. These advanced techniques ensure the maximum extraction of sea buckthorn juice while preserving its nutritional integrity, thus producing a truly "whole nutrition" juice.
