The Vibrating Cone Filler is suitable for difficult thread-like products, such as green beans, vegetables in strips, etc., to be filled into small-mouthed containers.

During its operating cycle a conveyor belt carries the containers to the feeding screw maintaining a variable speed so as to facilitate their insertion. The feeding screw is synchronized with the inlet star that transfers the containers to the Filler. The product is directed to the telescopes by means of a series of baffles. The telescopes determine the quantity of product to be dosed. The machine can be equipped with the “no can – no fill” device, that allows the product filling only if there is a container present. During the filling process, a set of pneumatic vibrators settle the product inside the containers. Once the filling phase is over, the containers leave the machine to be transferred to the following processing stage by means of a specific conveyor belt.
