Seabuckthorn processing process: after harvest of seabuckthorn is entered into the proposed, sorting, cleaning, quick-frozen processing of sea buckthorn frozen fruit bath thawing by cold storage to the workshop, raw material in the workshop pretreatment section selection and remove impurities, washing, beating, and by the use of horizontal screw centrifuge, disc centrifuge separation and fruit juices oil separation, juice via online homogeneous, degassing into the sterilizer.The sterilized materials are then packed into different forms in the processes of filling, spraying, sterilizing, labeling, code spraying and packing.The whole processing process is completed in a clean environment. Advanced technologies such as cold beating, cell wall breaking, vacuum degassing and low temperature sterilization are adopted to maximize the availability of sea-buckthorn juice and ensure that the effective nutrients in sea-buckthorn juice are not lost, so as to achieve a true "total nutrition" juice.
