Tubular type continuous disinfection system
Tubular sterilizer is widely used in medium and low viscosity medium material.
After the
medium is sterilized and cooled by the equipment, the purpose of
commercial sterilization and direct inoculation temperature can be
achieved, according to the different technological requirements of
sterilization, heat preservation and cooling of materials, the combined
system of single-stage, double-stage and multiple-stages can be
designed.

Tube in tube type continuous disinfection system
Tube in
tube sterilizer uses steam, hot water and cold water as heat transfer
medium, especially suitable for sterilization of high viscosity medium
materials.
After the
medium is sterilized and cooled by the equipment, the purpose of
commercial sterility and direct inoculation temperature can be achieved.
The main
part of the machine adopts the four-layer tube in tube type structure:
the heat exchange medium flows in the outer layer and the inner two
layers, and the material flows in reverse in the middle layer.
Detachable casing for easy maintenance;
Equipped with fully automatic CIP and SIP.

Plate type continuous disinfection system
The plate
type sterilizer is suitable for superhigh temperature sterilization of
liquid material in water medium. After the medium is sterilized and
cooled by the equipment, the purpose of commercial sterility and direct
inoculation temperature can be achieved.
This
